Misleading the House

06 July 2006

To:
The Baroness Scotland
The House of Lords
London England

From:
Adrian Wainer

Dear Baroness Scotland,

On BBC Radio 4, between 8.30 AM and 9.00 AM local British time 5th July 2006 there was broadcast the programme "Yesterday in Parliament" in which you deflected and, or, refused to answer a question put to you, I think by a fellow Honourable Member in I believe the House of Lords, [ location: debating chamber? ], on the grounds of "sub judice" rules. On the, July 6 2006, edition of that programme, I believe I heard that, you have apologized for "misleading" the House, presumably The House of Lords.

It is my understanding that, the matter which you apparently claimed was sub-judice, but which was not, related to the proposed extradition of Mr Gary Mulgrew, Mr David Bermingham and Mr Giles Darby from the United Kingdom to the United States of America, whose situation is refered to in "Daily Telegraph" articles

Three could face lockdown in a wire cage
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2006/07/06/natwest206.xml

What will I tell children, asks Natwest wife

At last Blair promises to help NatWest Three, but can he deliver
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2006/07/06/natwest06.xml

It was my understanding, that the fast-track extradition procedure was designed as primarily a counter-terrorist iniative. Now I would assume, it might have genuine benefits to fighting terrorism, if a law which was implemented primarily to fight terrorism has a broader scope, so that persons [ of which I believe there is no suspicion of, in the case of the above gentlemen ] who were suspected of engageing in terrorism could not escape extradition by claiming their activities were "merely" criminal rather than terroristic. How ever, any such legitimacy one might subscribe to the above proposed extradition of the above men, immediately breaks down as a result of the fact, that Her Majesty's Government by chooseing to leave Victorian sub judice laws in place, whilst this country [ i.e. the United Kingdom ] is faced by threats which were quite simply unimaginable to the Victorians who framed Britain's laws. Simply and brutally put, Irish Fenians in the 1880s or thereabouts, throwing a homemade handgrenade through the door of a London police station and killing one or two policemen is not the same thing as e.g. al-Qaeda hijacking an Airbus A-380 airliner and smashing it in to the Dungeness nuclear power station.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dungeness_Power_Station

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Airbus_A380

If, the present Labour Government is not completely, mad, insane, in-competent or just plain vicious, it will block the extradition of the three men named above and institute a far reaching reform of the sub-judice laws, which would allow responsible journalists to report facts concerning terrorist activity, which they are currently prohibited from doing so by the present sub judice laws, as this sub judice prohibition is constitueing a critical threat to the survival of the British people.

Carry on like this and hopefully you will be looking for a new job. I take offence at your runing one of the World's great papers in to the ground. I take even greater offence at The Sunday Telegraph being hijacked as a pro-IslamoNazi propaganda sheet, in respect that the most influential grouping within IslamoNazi Islamofascism, is Arab racial supremacist Islamofascism which regards as it being entirely moral and correct and a posative good that they should work towards the genocidal extermination of the Anglo-Saxon and Celtic peoples of the British Isles and their replacement with immigrant Arab Wahabi Muslim settlers.

As your paper writes in the leading editorial.

Dear Mr Bryant

Concerning your leading editorial, which appeared in The Daily Telegrpah 03 May 2006 page 19, titled:

Fooling none of the people, all of the time
(Filed: 03/05/2006)
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/opinion/main.jhtml?xml=/opinion/2006/05/03/dl0301.xml&sSheet=/opinion/2006/05/03/ixopinion.html

John Prescott is a person who has had sexual relations with a woman who does not happen to be his wife, though the worst of the faults of the present Labour Government happens to be that they have in the past and are continueing to pro-actively co-operate with Islamofascists and Islamofascist Arab racial supremacists whose objective in relation to the United Kingdom is to destroy the United Kingdom as a Sovereign democratic State which operates to the morality of secular enlightenment and christian values and incorporate the United Kingdom territory in to a pan-European Wahabi colony of Saudi Arabia, with forced conversion to Wahabi Islam at the point of the sword for the United Kingdom's non-Muslim citizens and very possably the extermination of the indigenous Anglo-Saxon and Celtic peoples of the British Isles on racial grounds, regardless of whether they would submit to conversion to Wahabi Islam or not, that by no means is anything more than the worst of the faults of the present Labour Government, which are legion. And your paper makes the sexual adventures of John Prescott the strategic and principle point of the first paragraph of your leading editorial.

Given this Labour Government is supporting Fascists who wish to destroy the British State and very possably plan to exterminate the Anglo-Saxon and Celtic peoples of these Islands, the importance that you give to the sexual adventures of the Prescott person in your editorial, is beyond belief. When Prescott has been attacked in other places in your paper and in other papers, I would not criticise the publications for doing so, except where they might lose sight of how Prescott's sex life figures as a matter of importance, which is not a lot or at least not a lot when compared to other things Labour have been up to.

You or whoever has written your editorial writes:
Quote
Dr David Kelly - has died as a result of the Government's shabby handling of this issue.
UnQuote
That is factually incorrect, Dr David Kelly chose to commit suicide [ NB note the word "chose" ] if everybody decided to commit suicide for the reason that the World is untidy, messy and quite often unjust I do not think there would be anybody in the United Kingdom or anywhere else left alive. How do you think that the likes of RAF Bomber Command Officers felt sending their pilots to attack the German lines in 1940 in the motorized coffin Fairey Battle light bombers or British Army officers ordering the rear-guard at Dunkirk in 1940 to hold off Hitler's SS Panzers with nothing more than First World War Lee Enfield bolt action rifles, should they have committed suicide rather than order their comrades to their destruction.

Quote:
Our armed forces are underfunded and overstretched, and put in lethal danger in a war from which there is still no obvious exit.
UnQuote

It is an entirely proper criticism of the Labour Government to say that the UK Armed Forces are "underfunded", and it is an entirely proper criticism of the Labour Government to say the UK Armed Forces are "overstretched" in so far as the Labour Government has not provided the UK Armed Forces with the equipement and manpower essential to their duties. However, I believe your editorial makes an additional implied criticism in respect of the use of the word "overstretched" and that is that, HM Armed Forces should never have been involved in Iraq and therefor, they could not have and should not have been "overstretched" by a commitment to Iraq, since they should never have been sent to Iraq. Since neither your paper, nor any other paper [ in so far as I am aware of ], which has been critical of the deployment of British Armed forces to Iraq has ever raised the folowing issue, I will put it to you here. And that is, to have left Saddam Hussein in place after 9/11 and as after 9/11 he continued to finance international Islamofascist terrorism, he continued to hurl threats at America and the West, he sought to ally his regime ideologically with Islamofascist jihad, he went to considerable efforts to convince just about everybody that he had an active WMD development programme, well to leave Saddam Hussein in place in such circumstances would be to risk giveing the impression to every two-bit Muslim and Arab dictatorship and major non-state Muslim or Arab terrorist actors such as e.g. al-Qaeda, that they could detonate a 10 kilotonne covertly placed no warning nuclear weapon in a large Western City such e.g. New York, New York USA or London, England and the West would do precisely nothing.

Quote:
and put in lethal danger in a war from which there is still no obvious exit.
UnQuote

Sorry War is not some sort of sports game, in which people earn sheds loads of money for kicking a ball round a field and get called "heroes" for no particular reason I can see. Quote "lethal danger" UnQuote; Generally, in a war there are people with guns and they use them to try to kill the people from the other side, to the charactor who wrote your editorial it seems some sort of a surprize that the Islamofascists and the Arab racial supremacists in Iraq are going to try and kill British soldiers and either way whether that would have been a surprize or not to the editorial writer, he or she certainly seems to be demanding that the British Army should only be used in Wars where the enemy would not be trying to kill them, which for example would have meant Neville Chamberlain should not have gone to War against the Third Reich in 1939. Quote "war from which there is still no obvious exit." UnQuote, I do not suppose Winston Churchill had an exit strategy in 1940 when he decided to both order the evacuation of the BEF from Dunkirk and to fight on, but since the only sure fire exit strategy from the War against the Islamofascists and the Islamofascist Arab racial supremacists is to surrender to them, I think rather as I suppose Churchill did that if the worst came to the worst it would be better to go-down fighting than patiently and politely line up to be marched off to the gas chambers and be made in to soap.

Dear Mr Bush,

There is a rather silly saying "Poor Mexico, so far from God and so near to the United States", silly because it was really only from the late 19th early 20th Century that the Roman Catholic Church fully reconciled itself to the legitimacy of the secular democratic state and the United States of America for all its faults, has been for many Mexican immigrants a land of hope, freedom and eventually prosperity.

What would be more true is to say, "Poor Britain, so far from Mexico and so near to Allah", as the leading editorial of Tuesday 2nd May 2006 in the quality British newspaper The Daily Telegraph describes:

We can no longer dodge the immigration issue

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,6-2156629,00.html

I do not know if there is an official "Homosexuals for a Sharia Britain" organization, but if there is perhaps Mr Parris should give consideration to joining. If anybody wants to accuse me of hateing homosexuals for writeing this item, they can but they would be wrong. I do not have a problem with homosexuals, I have a problem with do gooder idiots like Mr Parris who are doing their best to destroy the United Kingdom and get us all killed, if he wants to live in a Sharia state he should pack his bags and go and live in Saudi Arabia and he should invite European Union Commissioner and self appointed Grand Imam of Europe Peter Mandelson to join him. What Mr Parris ignores in his article, is that the Labour Government is a disgrace and the only reasonable thing they should do, is have Prime Minister Tony Blair call to HM Queen to ask for Parliament to be disolved and an election called, as they have totally lost the confidence of any sane person in the United Kingdom.
